1. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We offer worldwide shipping to most countries. Delivery times and costs vary depending on your location.

2. How long will my order take to arrive?

Brazil: 2–10 business days

South America: 7–15 business days

North America & Europe: 10–20 business days

Asia, Africa & Oceania: 15–30 business days

Please note: customs clearance or external factors may cause delays.

3. How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout, based on your country, package weight, and chosen shipping method (standard or express).

4. Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
International orders may be subject to import taxes or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

All wines and beverages are stored in optimal temperature-controlled conditions and shipped in secure protective packaging to preserve quality during transit.

7. Are your products authentic?
Absolutely. Every bottle we sell is authentic and sourced directly from trusted producers and distributors.

8. Can I order as a gift?
Yes! You can ship directly to the recipient. Soon, we will also offer gift packaging options.

9. What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit.

10. Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Due to the nature of consumable goods (wine and beverages), we do not accept returns for a change of preference. Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

11. Do you offer a warranty?
Yes! Our Warranty Policy covers manufacturing defects, shipment damage, or order discrepancies.
