At Click & Cork, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring our customers receive their orders in perfect condition. Our warranty policy is designed to provide peace of mind, transparency, and support should any issues arise.

1. Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, damaged products during shipment, or items that do not match the order placed.

Because we work with consumable products (wines and beverages), warranty claims are valid only for issues that affect quality, safety, or integrity of the product upon delivery.

2. Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

Changes in taste or preference after opening the product.

Damage caused by improper storage (exposure to heat, sunlight, humidity, etc.).

Issues resulting from misuse, negligence, or mishandling after delivery.

Delays caused by customs or third-party couriers.

3. Claim Process

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.

Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product/package.

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

4. Resolution Options

Depending on the case, Click & Cork may offer one of the following solutions:

Replacement of the item (subject to stock availability).

Store credit for the value of the product.

Refund processed to the original payment method.

5. International Orders

For international shipments, customers are responsible for complying with local import laws and taxes. Warranty claims remain valid for issues related to product integrity, but Click & Cork is not responsible for customs delays or fees.
